This treatment works well when we most want to be well.
However, pain can be held onto as if our life depended on doing so. This is largely unconscious. It is like pinching oneself and blaming someone else for doing the pinching.
We want to very gently bring this to our awareness.
Pain is painful. Wouldn't you like to let go for a while?
